We Cover the AI Tools
That Actually Matter

The Technology Hub is an independent media brand dedicated to helping professionals navigate the rapidly expanding landscape of artificial intelligence software. We test, review, and curate the tools shaping the future of work — and we are always transparent about how we make money doing it.

Honest Coverage in an Era of AI Hype

The artificial intelligence software market is growing faster than most people can track. New tools launch daily, each promising to transform how you work. Some deliver on that promise. Most don't. Our job is to help you tell the difference.

The Technology Hub was founded in 2021 by a small team of technology journalists and software practitioners who were frustrated with coverage that read more like press releases than genuine evaluations. We set out to build something different: a publication where editorial integrity comes first, where we test tools with real workflows, and where we say plainly when something doesn't work as advertised.

We cover AI writing assistants, code generation tools, research platforms, image and video generation, automation software, and the broader infrastructure that powers them — with a focus on practical relevance for knowledge workers and teams.

Editorial Independence

Our editorial assessments are separate from our commercial relationships. Sponsored content is always clearly labeled.

Hands-On Testing

We use the tools we cover. Our team maintains active subscriptions to the platforms we evaluate.

Plain Language

We write for practitioners, not insiders. No acronym-heavy jargon. No filler. Just useful information.

Transparent Monetization

We earn money through sponsorships and affiliate commissions. We disclose every commercial relationship on every page where it is relevant.

The People Behind the Publication

A distributed team of journalists, engineers, and product thinkers — spread across four time zones, united by a shared obsession with technology that actually works.

Our Business Model, Explained Plainly

We operate a media business, which means we have costs: writers, editors, software, hosting, and time. We cover those costs through two primary channels.

Sponsored content and advertorials. Companies in the AI tools space pay us to produce articles that feature their products. These articles are always labeled clearly at the top of the page with the word “Advertorial” or “Sponsored.” We maintain editorial standards for sponsored content: factual accuracy, balanced framing, and clear disclosure. We do not accept payment to write positive reviews of products we consider genuinely harmful or misleading.

Affiliate commissions. When we recommend a tool and you sign up through our link, we may earn a commission from the provider. This is disclosed in the relevant articles. It does not affect which tools we recommend in our non-sponsored editorial coverage.

We believe readers are better served by a publication that is clear about its commercial relationships than one that hides them.

What We Publish and What We Won’t

We publish: Hands-on tool evaluations, market analysis, workflow guides, and clearly-labeled sponsored content from companies whose products we believe offer genuine value.
We disclose: Every affiliate relationship, every sponsored article, every commercial connection — on the page where it is relevant, in language that is easy to find and understand.
We don’t publish: Undisclosed sponsored content, misleading product claims, fabricated statistics, or advertorials for tools we know to be harmful, deceptive, or illegal.
We don’t guarantee: That sponsored content is unbiased. Readers should apply appropriate skepticism to all advertorial content, including ours. Results mentioned in sponsored articles may vary.
